Ensuring implementation and continuous improvement of Compliance and Governance Programs; Fostering a strong ethics and compliance culture throughout the Company by actively promoting Compliance Programs, Code of Conduct and company policies; Aligning the corporate compliance strategy and framework throughout the group companies; Monitoring and providing reports to the Board on effectiveness of implementation of corporate compliance strategy in related entities
